The Saddle Ridge Community Center – 300 Saddle Ridge Circle

**Due to COVID-19 the Community Room cannot be rented. Room rentals will resume once State and Local Government restrictions limiting large gatherings are lifted.


Clubroom Event Rentals

The Community Center is available to rent for King Farm residents ONLY.

Titleholders and tenants of titleholders are allowed to rent the clubroom. A current copy of your lease must be on file with the Management Office.

The Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center is a 1200 square-foot clubroom with 30-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, 80 stackable chairs, and 10 tables.  The maximum occupancy is 100 people standing. The clubroom also includes a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

The clubroom has hosted a variety of functions including: baby showers, graduation parties, wedding receptions, community fundraisers, and more. If you are interested in renting the clubroom please contact the Management Office at 301-987-0122 or via email: [email protected].


Rental Application and Rules

A rental application is required to secure a reservation. Please click here to view official rules and usage policies.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Community Center rentals can be reserved for a maximum of 7 hours per day and you are able to pick the time frame. We only allow ONE rental per day. On days that King Farm Activities are taking place, we do not allow rentals.

Room Rental Timeframes:
    • Fridays starting at 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM.
    • Saturday’s starting at 10:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
    • Sunday’s starting at 10:00 AM until 11:00 PM.

There is a $350 rental fee and $350 security deposit required to rent the room. Security deposits will be returned within 30 days of the rental, provided that your event finished on time and no damages or cleaning issues occurred. Once the reservation is reserved, Management will conduct a pre-event walk through to go over policies and amenities. After the event, Management will conduct a post-event walkthrough to assess the condition of the Community Center.
