Condo Resale Requests

When the time comes for you to sell your home, the Maryland Condominium Act and the Maryland Homeowners Association Act require that the seller provides specific information regarding the Association(s) of which the unit is a part of.  Management handles resale packages in-house.

King Farm Citizens Assembly (KFCA) is an umbrella community association. There are several sub-community associations within the residential area of King Farm that are independent condominiums whose members are also members of KFCA. KFCA does not have, and does not provide information concerning the governance, maintenance, or responsibilities regarding individual condominiums. Payments to the Assembly are incorporated into the monthly condominium fees and are paid in a lump sum by the condominium association. The monthly payment paid to the condominium association via the management company is a combination of Assembly assessments and the condominium association assessments.

Resale packages are processed within 5-7 business days. Each package includes a resale certificate, the community governing documents, resident handbook, and master COI. The resale certificate provides an overview of the monthly dues and information regarding the sellers and prospective buyers.
