Due to health regulations and social distancing requirements community activities have been canceled until further notice.
All private event rentals have been canceled until further notice. We are not accepting private rentals at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to thank all of the residents who continue to volunteer and participate on the community committees year after year! Some of these volunteers have participated in various committees for many years and would like to transition off. If you are interested in joining a King Farm committee, please view the committee pages and descriptions on the website (www.kingfarm.org).
If you would like to be considered for a committee, please submit in writing your name, address, any relevant qualifications, and why you would like to be a member of the committee to [email protected]. If you have questions, email or call the management office.

To protect the health and safety of the office staff and residents, The Management Office (located within the Saddle Ridge Community Center) remains closed to residents. We do not allow walk-ins and we are seeing residents by appointment only at this time. Please call or email to schedule an appointment and wear a mask upon arrival to your appointment.

OFFICE HOURS: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday – Thursday) & 8:30 am to 2:00 pm (Friday)
The pool is closed for the season, but residents can still obtain a King Farm Key Fob. Please contact management to schedule an appointment to obtain key fob(s).
