The Huntington at King Farm Apartments:

If you live in the Huntington Apartments,  your building is managed by a separate apartment management company that also has separate policies regarding the use of their
property, different trash collection schedules, and different parking rules. Questions regarding leasing, parking, and miscellaneous policies should be directed at the leasing
office or Greystar Management.

Recreation Facilities:

While the apartments are located within King Farm, residents of the Huntington are not permitted to use any of the KFCA pools, exercise facilities, or Community Center.
The Huntington has an indoor and outdoor pool, two clubrooms, and a fitness center located on-site.

 

King Farm Shuttle Bus:

Huntington residents are permitted to use the shuttle bus. However, you must request a shuttle bus pass from the leasing office, NOT KFCA Management.
