Santa Parade Sleighing Through King Farm Streets This Sunday!

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?
The Santa Parade will be hitting,
The streets of King Farm, socially distant and no harm,
Watch for it after 4:00 on Sunday!!
Head to your porches or the nearest curb (with masks on and stand apart from others) and watch for the first-ever King Farm Santa Parade this Sunday, December 20th, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our friends from Rockville Volunteer Fire Department, Rockville City Police Department, and Montgomery County Police Department will be escorting Santa and his reindeer on a trip through the streets of King Farm!
The parade route will be as follows:
- Start at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle
- Right on Thompson Dairy
- Left on Watkins Overlook
- Left on Watkins Pond Blvd
- Left on Grand Champion Drive
- Left on Ridgemont Avenue
- Around Pleasant Circle
- Continue down Ridgemont Avenue
- Right on Reserve Champion
- Left on Piccard Drive – down through Phase 4 & past Ingleside
- Left on King Farm Blvd
- Right on Gaither Road
- Left on Redland Blvd
- Right on Thompson Dairy
- Right on Watkins Circle
- End at Saddle Ridge Community Center – 300 Saddle Ridge Circle
Santa will not be able to hit all streets and exact times the parade will be passing by cannot be determined. The parade will begin at 4:00 p.m. and we will move through the streets as fast as the reindeer can carry Santa!! For those streets not listed, please head to the street from the list above that is closest to your home and wave to Santa as he passes! *Note – this is not the same event as the Santa Run hosted by the fire department earlier this month. This event is organized and hosted by the King Farm Citizens Assembly!
